Zoning Hearing Board

The Zoning Hearing Board consists of five (5) members and includes two (2) alternates and our Zoning Hearing Board Solicitor. The Zoning Hearing Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm, on an as needed basis. Submission deadline for the Zoning Hearing Board is the 22nd day of each month.

In absence of a submission the Board will not meet the following month.

Should you reach the Zoning Officer's voice mail, please leave a detailed message stating your questions and/or concerns and she will return your call as soon as possible.  

If you are planning to do any type of building, remodeling or property improvements, please check with the Zoning Officer to secure any permits required before you start the project. Please refer to the PLOT PLAN MEMO from the Zoning Officer for important "to scale" information. East Allen Township is required to conform to the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code requirements.
